On World Refugee Day (20th June) we hosted a hugely successful networking morning at Virgin Money on Briggate. More than 35 job seekers from the Ukrainian community attended the event, where we shared tips on accessing the UK job market, provided one-to-one career coaching, forged vital connections and heard from previous successful Smart Works clients from Ukraine. We were completely blown away by the popularity of the event.
